How councils and the MMC sector can support each other

Paul Britton from the Local Government Association (LGA) will introduce how the Brownfield Land Release Fund is supporting Councils across the country to unlock their under-used land to support the delivery of new homes using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).

Paul will then pass over to Mid Devon District Council to provide an overview of the challenges and opportunities of unlocking their own land to deliver new affordable homes, delivered using MMC.

ZED PODS will then outline how they have worked with Councils, including Mid Devon, to help deliver MMC homes. This will be followed by a Q&A.
