In this webinar, Tom Lewith of New-works and Andy Tugby of Human Nature talk about their mass timber strategy for The Phoenix development in Lewes, Sussex.
Tom will talk about the opportunities and flexibility that Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) can offer architectural practices, including the tension between customisation and standardisation.
Andy will expand on the development of the mass timber strategy and design for the site, and what that has facilitated for The Phoenix locally in terms of timber supply and labour. Andy will also discuss the strategy for implementation with on-site MMC opportunities.
This webinar will include Q&A.
